Foxbrim 100% Argan Oil Review
Today I am going to quickly review the Foxbrim 100% Pure Argan Oil. I typically use Argan Oil on my hair, and this oil is no different. The first time I used it I took two full droppers and applied that to my hair. Once my hair dried my hair felt soft and looked shiny without being oily. You can see that the bottle still has tons of product in it and that's because I have been using this oil on my cuticles. For both hands I only need a few drops. The oil takes a long time to absorb this way and I'm pretty sure most of it rubbed off, but what was left behind left my cuticles looking a lot better than they were. At this moment I haven't dealt with my cuticles in a month, so you can imagine just how unruly they are!
Foxbrim claims that this Argan Oil is "not oily like the alternatives". I find that this oil is just as oily as others and honestly it feels quite thick compared to another Argan Oil that I will be mentioning later this week. They also claim that their oil is "unbelievably fresh, light and fast absorbing." Like I mentioned above this oil takes quite some time to absorb into the skin; however, it didn't seem to be an issue for my hair. In all honesty I believe I will use this oil on my hair in the future! I also want to point out that this oil has no detectable scent to me. This is great if you are using the oil as a moisturizer or even in your hair since it won't compete with any fragrance!
Foxbrim suggests that their oil can be used as a leave in conditioner. Technically I use this as an oil treatment on my hair but I suppose one can call it a leave in conditioner. They also suggest that you can use it to hydrate under-nourished skin, diminish and eliminate stretch marks, and repair cracked heels. I haven't tried any of these but I will likely try the oil on my feet to see if it will help keep them moisturized. They also suggest using the oil on your face as an all day moisturizer or as an anti-inflammatory to lessen redness and reduce redness from acne. I also haven't tried the oil on my face, and I don't think I will. I know I certainly won't use it under makeup I'm just afraid it will make me more oily.
As you can see the bottle has a dropper which is nice if you are applying the oil to the cuticles; however, for other uses I don't think the dropper is necessary.
The bottle contains 2 fluid ounces of product and retails for 3.99 on Amazon. I also want to point out that Foxbrim has an "amazing guarantee". If you are not satisfied with the product Foxbrim will provide a full refund.
Do you use Argan Oil? If so what are your uses for the product?
