I know I have another review for you today, but I am going to have a tutorial up for you on Friday.  As for today, I am reviewing the Body Merry 2.5% Retinol Moisturizer.  Honestly this is a huge bottle of moisturizer for $23.49!

Retinol is claimed to be "youth reviving ingredient" and can be found in many moisturizers and creams.  Body Merry claims that the 2.5% retinol in this moisturizer, and is designed for you to get the most out of the retinol without causing the dryness and irritation that is typically associated with the use of retinol.  They also claim that this moisturizer is natural and organic.  It contains plant derived Hyaluronic Acid, Wildcrafted Green Tea, Organic Jojoba Oil, Vitamin E, Vitamin B5, and Shea Butter.

Body Merry claims that this moisturizer will address wrinkles, fine lines, age spots, as well as other signs of aging.  They also claim that it will work on discoloration, acne, hyperpigmentation, and sun damage.  Finally they claim that the moisturizer will work for all skin types.

I can honestly say that this is the first moisturizer I have used with Retinol in it.  This particular moisturizer doesn't have a detectable scent to me and it is a thick formula.  I typically reach for it at night because it takes a long time to absorb into my skin.  I have been using this moisturizer for nearly a month now and I can't see much of a difference when it comes to any acne spots or even with lines and wrinkles.  To be completely honest I don't have a ton of wrinkles yet, but I do have a few around my eyes.  I do feel like this moisturizer leaves my skin feeling hydrated in the morning and not overly greasy.


I really don't like the packaging of the product.  It just feels like it is made out of really cheap plastic, and the pump on the top is incredibly unpredictable.  Sometimes I end up with a ton of product and others I have just enough.
