Panning A-Z Intro | 2020 Panning Project

by - January 06, 2020

Hello loves!

I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season!  I have to say that I am so glad it is over with.
We had so many things going on around here, and it seemed like everyone fell sick right in the
middle of the holiday gatherings.  Between work and all those holiday gatherings,
I am just happy to have made it to January.

Speaking of January, that brings us to the beginning of a new year and new panning projects.
As many on here may know, I have been on a low buy since Christmas of 2017 essentially.
Of course panning projects come with the territory of a low buy or even a no buy.
I honestly have only purchased replacements as needed in the past year, which is really crazy to me!
The first panning project I have for 2020 is Panning A-Z with the Pantastic Ladies!

The plan for this project is to share photos, and updates at the beginning of each month,
so keep an eye out as the year goes along!  Wish me luck as well because I apparently
chose a ton of eyeshadows for this year!

A - Aquaholic from the Kylie Summer 2018 Palette
(Bottom Center where the orange tape is)

To start this project the pan is in perfect condition, and has not been used

B - Body Shop Bronzer

To start this project, there is major pan in this bronzer, and I will be repressing shortly.

C - Anastasia Beverly Hills single shadow - Comfort
When I started this project on Christmas day this shadow had no pan, but now I have a bit of baby pan.  I use a panning method I heard years ago, and it truly helps move shadow quickly!

D - Maybelline Baby Lips - Dr. Rescue

At the start of this project, I have around a quarter of the product left.   I have had it for years, so I just want it gone!

E - Body Shop Down to Earth Palette

At the start of this project I have pan in two shades, and major dips in two.  My goals for this project are to expand the pans in the existing two pans, and get sizable pan in the other two shades marked with orange tape.

F - Bite Mini in Fig/Date duo

At the start of this project, I have only used this duo a few times.  My goal is to completely use up this mini duo and move it on out of the collection!

G - Lorac Pro Garnet

At the start of this project I had a large pan in this shadow, and my goal is to finish it off shortly!

H - Hard Candy Coconut Primer Stick

At the beginning of this project I have roughly half of the stick used.  I primarily use it under my eyes before makeup. I have a feeling this is a deceiving product and it's going to take forever to finish.

I - Borghese Impact eyeshadow

At the beginning of this project, I have lightly used this eyeshadow and I have plans to finish the shadow at some point this year.

J - Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit - Java Bronzer

At the start of this project I had significant pan in this bronzer.  I will be working on this bronzer at some point after I finish the Body Shop bronzer.  I worked on this bronzer last year and I know that it will take a long time to finish out.

K - Rimmel Kate shade 08

At the beginning of this project, I have tons of use on this lipstick, and I think it will be relatively easy to finish this year.

L - Dr. Brandt Pores No More Luminizer Primer

At the start of this project I have light usage on this project.  I have roughly a third of the primer used, and I use it every day so I am interested to know how long this will take to finish.

M - Milk Makeup Blur Stick - Mini

At the start of the project I have very little of this mini left; however, I don't use it often and it this product doesn't show much usage since it is so hard.

N - LA Colors Nudes palette - Mini shadows

At the start of this project I had pan in just one shadow (a cream), and very little use in the rest of the palette.  My goal is to use up as many of these little shadows as I can by the end of the project.

O - Becca Opal liquid highlighter

Technically I have two liquid highlighters in Opal; however, my goal for this project is to use up the liquid highlighter with the doe foot applicator by the end of this project.

P - Lorac Mini palette - Pewter eyeshadow

To start the project I have only used this shadow a few times, and it is a full size shadow in a mini palette.  I have finished Pewter from my large Lorac palette, and I look forward to using this one up as well!

Q - NYC Union Square Quad

As you can see I have some use out of this palette prior to this project. I removed the cream products from this palette a while ago.  My goal is to at least hit large pan in the three shadows I have marked. I'm not worried about the purple; however, I would like to use it some.

R - Revolution Loose Powders in Lace and Ghost

I have very little use in Lace at the beginning of this project; however, I have at least half of the Ghost powder gone.  Naturally the plan is to finish both of the powders!

S - Smashbox Filter mini trio

At the beginning of this project I had a tiny bit of the cream shade left, and that was quickly finished.  I have a little pan in the medium taupe shade and should have that finished shortly. The most difficult shade will be the dark brown, but it is small enough that I should finish it in a year!

T - Body Shop Tea Tree Moisturizer

This moisturizer has very little usage on it, because I have kept it on my vanity since I bought it.  I will move it to my bathroom where I use moisturizers at night and it will be easy to finish!

U - Ulta Powder

This powder has large pan in it at the beginning of this project, and I should be able to finish it quickly.  The biggest problem I have with it is that it oxidizes quite easily on my skin.

V - Anastasia Beverly Hills Contour Kit - Vanilla

This powder has massive pan on it at the start of this project, and should be easy to finish up.

W - Wander Beauty Eyeliner

This eye pencil takes forever to roll up, so I have no idea how much is left.  I have been using it for several months at this point, so I am interested to know how much is left!  Goal is to finish the entire thing this year.

X - Beauty For Real Shadow Stx - 24/7

This is going to be my easy product for this project!  I have just one or two uses left in it before it will be gone.

Y - Urban Decay Naked 2 - YDK Eyeshadow

At the start of this project, I do have a large pan in this eyeshadow.  I think it will be fairly easy to use up soon.

Z - Urban Decay Naked 3 - Buzz Eyeshadow

This shadow is hardly used; however, I think it is going to be one of my more difficult shadows of the year.  I haven't worn pink toned eyeshadows in a long time, so I will probably mix this one with another shade.

That's all I have for the intro to this project pan.  I'll be updating this project at the beginning of each month, so I hope to se you here again!  Wish me luck because I am going to need it with all of these eyeshadows!

What are you guys panning this year?  Leave me a comment below, because I would love to hear!

All the love,
Pam
